The 'notindexed' parameter only was introduced in September 2018 - half
a year after your LMS was built... Did you downgrade your LMS without
wiping the database?
Well, being I am not sure how to wipe the database , the answer would
be a hard yes. Which files do I need to delete prior to a
Yes that did it, it looks like yours and will control the player.
Thanks for that.

OK but if you want to follow up it is better to start a new thread of
your own as it is difficult to follow two different problem in the same
thread.

You are right, sorry for that. I made a last update in my former post
and will leave it with that.
I will try that as your monitor is showing quite a few more controls
than mine.

Over time I've tried several brands and models at various location, all
with poor results. Perhaps just bad luck but I'm avoiding the powerline
route.

Well, since my last post I have connected my rpi 1B to a monitor,
installed Jivelite (50 secs) rebooted 2 min 24 secs and then configured
Jivelite to just playback some music

I did have to connect my mouse direct to the pi.
So maybe you should try uninstalling Jivelite and then doing
Did I miss something? I can't find the download link for 2.09.06

What is controllable from the display, nothing on the keyboard or mouse
has any control over the screen on my system, except mouse clicking on
graphics of the station playing open graphic equalizer.
PS Pi-Hut have the same price as ebay without the VAT.
Not all usb hubs are suitable for a raspberry pi.
You want one that does not backload the pi with power.
I don't think e-bay is a good source for pi unless it is a certified
reseller.
Maybe Pi-Hut or Pimoroni in the UK (Sheffield, I think). RS Components
and Farnell as well.
Any pi you buy,
Yes picoreplayer does appear in jivelite and plays. I am definately
having trouble with
my usb hub loosing the network connection if overloaded. May be time to
get a rPi 3+ as I do like the Pi.
Is it much faster?
Ebay have them for £27.49.
Is there a web interface to set up jivelite.

Not in jivelite, no players show at all but pCP does in LMS web
interface before I install jivelite.
I have installed around 10 or 12 powerline ethernet units all are better
than the wifi at there locations
They sometimes lose their connections with each other but a power cycle
of the units has up to now always been enough to reconnect.
A reliable connection with these devices will depend on

Havent tried it in failsafe mode yet, but that wont tell me where the
problem lies particularly, just whether or not its in the core product.
I realised that Ive been streaming a bunch of music the last week or so
using Spotty, and thats been much better. Went back to my local
