Hi,
I've set the rep_mime_type acl to block the flash video.
Unfortunately it has to be allowed on our domain sites.
How could I exlude specified domain from that acl ?
I tried to do:

http_access allow mydomain
and put it before http_reply_access deny

I made some cut from our previous posts to avoid any confusion.

You might try configuring squid as a reverse proxy for a web server actually
hosting your proxy.pac file, I have never tried this, but I think it would work.

Its a hack which is done to defer a storage manager transaction from
beginning whilst another one is in progress for that same connection.
I'd suggest using your OS profiling to figure out where the CPU is
being spent. This may be a symptom, not the cause.

What version of squid are you running, and can you include the configuration
lines that you used to configure the reverse proxy settings?

I ran into this as well when I upgraded from 2.6 to 3.0 (stable10) and

Hi,
Might be totally off here, but I noted your swap size is large. Could it
be that the cache has more objects (in count and in byte count ?) than can
fit into a 32-bit counter ?
I got to this by seeing that it crashes at the cache rebuild section as
well as the fact the the build is i486.
That i486 thing just might have been the original kernel. I don't know
why it says i486.
I ran tail -f /var/log/squid/cache.log and noticed that squid tries to
rebuild the cache, it stops and restarts again:
Store rebuilding is 10.1% complete

Well - something is killing it. It got a lot future than before, it stopped

Pieter,
I had to delete my cache. I didn't get any answers from the list and I
had a lot of people calling.
I did:
rm -r /squid/cache/*
it took over 30 minutes.
Then,
restarted squid (/etc/init.d/squid3 start) and it was doing the same: It
started and it just died without giving any errors.
Hi,
While browsing through the bugzilla database I found a similar reported
problem where web browser is in hung state when ICAP is enabled.
Any help here will be highly appreciated!
