I'm sorry, this was user error after all. For FreeBSD users, I'm not sure what version of mod_php4 I was running previously but the straight install of mod_php4 out of ports uses php.ini from /usr/local/etc, the one in /usr/local/lib no longer seems to be used. Mike > -Original Message

Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to work. I added the setting to /usr/local/lib/php.ini and put a copy of php.ini in /usr/local/etc where the new mod_php4 installation seemed to want to put another copy of the file. I restarted apache and then even rebooted my machine. No luck. Any other suggesti

I just upgraded a few of my packages on my FreeBSD 4.7 box and my previous bulletproof Squirrelmail installation has kicked the bucket. I'm now running apache13+modssl 1.3.27 with mod_php4 4.3.0 and SM 1.2.10. When logging in (with the secure_login plugin) I get the following message: Warning: s
