Call, especially Marvin for the well founded criticism and helpful
suggestions.
I've made a PR which I believe addresses the main criticisms and

Thanks Marvin for that feedback, i have to say i missed all those issues.
I would consider the IQ issue the biggest issue, from an xmpp lib
standpoint, i want to parse the namespace of the child and then route the
stanza to a very specific codepath or handler.
