What about the large amount of containers that were installed pre 2.3?
There's more of those 'in the wild' than the 2.3 var
atform this was running on? And a snippet
of the page to show how you were using the message resources would be
good too.
Some jsp compilers/servlet engines do worse with custom tags than others.
