i have Cable internet with a 8mb download and 768kb upload. my pfSense
box is an old AMD K6-2 350mhz box with 128MB ram.
i used the traffic shaper wizard (god bless the wizard) to configure my
QoS and it does work but i want to even further prioritize the Vonage

In a nutshell, the p2p catch all flag in addition to make sure you
lower or raise all protocols possible on the lower / raise screen.

This may sound unusual but I would like to get an idea of what the
biggest "pfSense" installation is out int he wild.
Are you pushing major packets w/ pfSense, please take a moment and
describe your setup. It would be nice to know that we are helping out

When I had Vonage problems, I cheated. I bought the LinkSys 2-line Router
(RT31P2) - it has Vonage service built in. I enabled the DMZ feature on the
LinkSys and pointed it to the pfSense box. Everything squeaky clean now!

We have 64 servers now, 300 broadband wireless users (using canopy on 24
towers), 200 simultaneous dialup users and a dozen or so direct LAN

I have a piece of junk test box that Beta 3 loaded
fine with a 20gb hdd. I slid a spare Sybia CF-IDE adapter and a 512MB CF card in
and Beta 3 ISO goes through install just fine. Upon bootup it almost gets to the
console menu when it reboots. It does this over and over. I can load Beta 1

How much RAM in the box? Just a guess, you used a swap partition with
the hard drive install, but didn't with the CF install (gee, I can't
possibly imagine why not ;-P) and have less than 64M ram.

I would like to do NAT reflection for UDP, but it appears to not be
working. Is this a bug, a product limitation (can't do it with this
