The RRD graphs aren't all that accurate. Looking at mine the 1 month
graph shows 6.52GB in and the 6 month graph shows less usage at 6.48GB
in. Not sure why this happens, but its repeatable. Happens more when you
transfer large amounts of data quickly. I'll notice the 16 hour graph
won't sure near
The older the data the more it is rounded. This happens as the
database of the RRD graphs is not growing out of size but is using some
roundrobin logic to store the additional information. This way it even
works on embeddeds with limited storage for long uptimes without filling
the cfmedia up.
Hello Josep,
I would write the img-file to flash, start and just load up the
config (which you downloaded before)
otherwise you have to change ad0 to ad2 in /etc/fstab

I don't need perfect accuracy. My intention is to have an early warning
system that my usage is getting close to the max. An error margin of 10% will
be fine, and from your figures, the error is well within this range.
Thanks,

Hi Folks,
is it possible to use the Intel Pro/Wireless 2915ABG as an access point
with pfsense embedded ?
i?ve just installed the card on my wrap but there are no new interfaces
in the interface assignment.
Everything i found on the forum was that post from 9th of April 2006:
Nothing has changed regarding Intel Wireless NIC support. It's a freebsd
issue, not a pfSense one.

Does dmesg report the card at all ?
It's Atheros based so it should show up as ath0.
Does ifconfig list it ?
Please provide more info.

That's not an Atheros card. It should be supported by the iwi driver

Maybe I'm wrong, but one of the first intel ABG cards was based on a
5212 chip, thought it was the 2915 but maybe not. Been a while since i
last tried out the intel cards.
