Backing up Seamonkey

I need to reformat my drive. I would like to back up Seamonkey, so that when I reinstall it, I have all my folders, messages, preference settings, etc. Is there a program that will back up just an individual program and when reinstalled, it adds what it needs to in the registry files to have

I have been migrating my profiles from SM1 to a new SM2 install. It appears that the migration tool is placing all of the data in folders on the C: drive in Documents and Settings. I need to have these profiles live in their current location, which is on a different drive. How do I go about doi
