When I go to Manage Bookmarks in 2.6.1 with Windows 7 64-bit, and try to
resize the bookmarks window, my monitor goes black for several seconds,
like my video card is overwhelmed. One time it even reverted my desktop
colors to the Windows default. This doesn't happen with anything else on
my PC

Win XP, SM 2.6.1
On my laptop, for some reason I'm set to load SM in safe mode. I'm not
sure what that means; but instead of loading SM directly I get a box to
disable permanently some various things. I don't think I want this
option activated. But I don't have any idea how it came about in
