VASCO Card Reader Plugin ?

I am under SM 2.38. I have the VASCO Card Reader Plugin to be able to perform bank operations by reading my bank-card. I have read somewhere that the SM plugins will never been usable (same as with this info about the reading of the identity card) *For Windows 10 users: important message.
