Mail Folders Not Showing With SM 2.51.3 Win 10 Pro v. 1909

Hello all - when updating to SM 2.51.3 my mail folders disappear.,, when I click in the blank area I do see the emails in whichever folder it landed on. I tried compacting the folders and deleting the msf files and this not help. On my other W10 systems this has not happened at all.
