Hello all,
I have some problems using the Mail and News features with SM 2.6.1 on
Snow Leopard.
I moved my previous profile (used for a lot of time with SM 2.0.x on
Tiger until my old iMac crashed) to a new iMac with SnowLeo and I can
see all the previous email messages and the preferences where
m
stall anything new.
Is there any preference file, maybe it's corrupted, I can safely trash to
solve this problem?
tnx,
Gabriele

the search bar, enter:
accessibility.typeaheadfind.enablesound
Double click on this setting to change the state to false.
That doesn't work :(

Hi,
SM 2.0.4 doesn't update the messages counter when deleting an IMAP account!
If I add an IMAP account, and say there are 12 unread messages, and then I
delete this account, the counter on the SM icon still shows 12 !
Is it a known bug ?

The odd thing is the certificate is not expired and I do see it in the
Certificate Manager (under Preferences, Security).
So what's wrong ?

Hello Paul,
what's the reason why I do see your (interesting) explanation about Korean
and Dēvanāgari, but I only see squares on Wikipedia, exactly as MCBastos,
for Burmese characters ?
remember their state when
you relaunch SM.
Are you sure you're not using the "maximize" green button?

M 2.0 showed an alert to "enter a new pw / retry
/ cancel". Well, I did type the correct pw, but still the wrong one was sent
to my mail server (I saw it in the log).
Then I clicked on "retry" and the good one was sent.

The same here on OSX Tiger, it's a bit annoying.

5) I see the little rainbow wheel when writing a long message like this one.
I haven´t seen such on my Mac until now, maybe some apps in the background?
No, I tested SM 2.0 all alone.
Ok, I'll do rendering tests another time, I can say

Hello,
can you please upload somewhere a screen-shot of what you're talking about?
This discussion is really interesting, but I'm missing the problem...
