Thank you. Oil analysis would reveal early on if any problems are emerging in terms of polymerization, and also track any other unusual wear or contaminants. It was something that I did using the 1.6 VW engine, however, the oil analysis also revealed a coolant leak in that engine partway th

Based on our experience with the older VW's, we see no need to have the oil analyzed. We will pull the injectors if there is evidence of reduced performance. It's 50% interstate, 50% in town driving, and it's WVO. Conversion was done 2 years ago. --- In [EMAIL PROTECTED], Neoteric Biofuels <[

Hello everyone, I am at the point we I need to make a biodiesel processor. I have been throwing around the idea of using a used electric water heater. I believe most of them have a conical bottom, that will aid in seperating the fuel. I plan to obtain one and have the top of the actual tank

That's a good start. Have you (or do you plan to) opened it up or pulled injectors and had them checked by a qualified shop, or monitored oil by oil analysis along the way? Is it a lot of highway driving? When was the conversion done? Is this on WVO? Ed B. www.biofuels.ca > From: "steve spen
