Hi all I got 16oz of 1% (95% Isopropyl) for $16 here in California. This is probability 100X more than I could ever use. I would happy give 1/2 it to "Needy" people if they can cover the cost of shipping and bottling. I don't know if I can mail Isopropyl through the US postal system. Does
