[sword-devel] the future of OSIS support (importer/filters)

2005-04-26 Thread Chris Little
At the moment, I'm working on a number of new modules. I'm encoding them as OSIS documents, but have avoided actually importing them to Sword because of the mess that osis2mod currently is. It needs to be fixed and I'll probably have to do it myself, but I think we need to discuss/debate

I have tried Cardo, FreeFonts, Gentium, Ezra SIL and a bunch of other fonts for Greek and Hebrew, I still have not found one that I like in Java. While Cardo looks great, it only does so when anti-aliased. Also, when selecting text, it only highlights the top half of the line. And (I think

I'm not really clear what you're saying here. Are you saying you've asked permission to distribute PorAA or some other text? Are you saying that the PorAA text from Unbound Bible is still under some copyright or has other licensing hinderances? Also, is the version of the text that you have

CROSS is the format developed by Epiphany for Bible Explorer 3.0+. Epiphany WORDsearch (which was based on STEP) merged and, in the process, magically decided they no longer owed me money for work I did on a book for the former (yeah, I'm a little bitter). WORDsearch dropped STEP and went
