This was pushed in. I think there's nothing left to do here. If you use
the right font and terminal, the unicode printing for standard math

I just discovered that the version of DejaVu Sans Mono that comes with
Ubuntu doesn't have the extended Integral bar. You have to download the
most recent version of the

By the way, the font I'm using is DejaVu Sans Mono. I don't know if things
have changed since comment 12, but this is by far the best font I've found
for unicode pretty
