Can someone tell me how to switch from digest format to individual emails on

I think it is sad that the USATF has ruled against MJ being able to be added
to the relay pool. I think that the point that is often overlooked is the
rule itself. USATF instituted a rule that in order for an athlete to be able
to use the "wild card" granted to them by the IAAF they must
the USATF never said he couldn't run in Edmonton. They said that if he

Lets see, on one hand we have a basketball star thought by many to be headed
straight for the NBA, the son of a former NBA player, a kid who scores 100
points in a HS basketball game, a championship team etc.
On the other hand we have a track team that has some top marks in indoor

Washington's 400m record pre the US Champs was as follows
1 Sacramento 44.75, 1 Milan 44.84, 1 Turin 45.66, 2 Eugene 44.72.
He was 1-0 vs Parrela, 2-0 vs Mokganyetsi, and had faster times than
Cardenas and Taylor.
From that it seems pretty fair to me? Am I missing any results?
Sir, I think that
I think you need to read the rankings and maybe you will see what all the
complaining is about. As far as Darrell commenting on something he has an
interest to is what I expect. It's the right thing to do. He has extensive
knowledge in the sprints so thats what I expect him to comment on. He

Allow me to suggest you go back and read p. 11 of the magazine, where it
lists the criteria we use (and have used for more than 50 years) in order to
determine the Ranking order. You have cited the two of least import

Your right, I apologize. I wouldn't want my website taking the blame for some

Darrell,
With everyone on the list stating that you are always defending HSI, you need
not pick up the rankings issue. I wonder what the criteria is for becoming a
member of that ranking committee. I don't think they are watching the same
meets and/or looking at the same results as everyone
has a developed a pattern of doing that. I have often wondered how people
who have a minor European season with nothing outstanding getting ranked in
the world period! Like Eddie, I wonder how the Polish guy got ranked #10 in
the 400.
Good point DMC and Conway,
To elaborate a little further.
1. Darrell bad argument about Bernard. He pretty much was in the right place.
You would have a better argument about Curtis Johnson because at least he was
second at the trials.

I was looking at the rankings issue and I had to ask this question to GH or
anyone else from that staff that reads this list. How is the world could you
rank Robert Mackowiak number 10 in the 400? I cannot think of anything to
justify that. 45.01 The kid from Saudi Arabia who won juniors
Can HSI really be classified as a club? It's really a management group. The
