If the building carries a common name for all the offices I would tag it
with amenity=clinic. Otherwise each office with amenity=doctors.
You can dig the wiki for indoor mapping advice, level on which the office
is is perhaps level=# (can't remember w/out verifying).

My (non-native) English understanding / ear says that dirt is a general
name for all unpaved roads. This may include any loose material, really
ranging from soil that just happened to be there to natural or processed
sand to industrially produced gravel, possibly with an added layer of
loose
Used in conjunction with amenity=hospital emergency=yes also implies that a
hospital has an Emergency Room.
For tag-related questions Taginfo and OSM Wiki are good resources:

Thanks for raising this up, Severin.
I see a pretty strong similarity to ATM or restaurant with this. The points
being:
* the tag should work as stand-alone and also (ref. amenity=atm/restaurant)
* as a part of other service/amenity (ref. atm/restaurant=yes)
shop=mobile_phone alone is not good

I am sure this has been asked many times before:
How do I tag correctly a path/track/road that bears the label access at

Is there any text before that, like guard dogs roaming free (-- access at

Seriously though,
I was actually about to post a comment myself that more than one image _might_
be justified in some casaes -- but having images from different time is
probably not a good idea.
Especially:

Is it possible to view geotagged Flickr photos or geotagged photos from
some other reputable image hosting service in JOSM? Flickr, Picasa,

The way I've understood these tags is that
barrier=entrance conceptualizes/describes one thing (a gap in a barrier; a
possibility to enter) whereas the
entrance=* key marks an entrance (for routing purposes; how to get there).
Surely we could change the barrier=entrance to barrier=gap or
I'd also keep them both. .. In the context of Haiti (where this dev work was
done) you would/should also tag objects as graveyards that are just small
burial places. IMO, that is.

This was exactly what I was about to comment.
I'd add that things might look relatively ok in areas where the map data is
pretty complete -- but it totally tanks in areas where it's not. I didn't come

complicated.
As
why not just have an ordered

Eg. Because public transportation systems don't always have fixed stops. + the
other reasons mentioned.

Perhaps the reason is that these are two different things: The first bullet

See ride sharing (aka. car pooling) with your favorite search engine. ..
There seems to be an abandoned proposal for car pooling (
