Hi Rick, This is not a Window-Eyes hotkey, nor is it defined as a Cursor key in the Cursor keys node of the WE control panel, meaning it requires no special configuration in WE in order for speaking to occur. I do notice that not every programmer implements it fully or properly in their software.

I would recomend that you port the number to a sip based carrier, such as flowroute and then the number can be forwarded to the ip address of the pc -- which will need to be a STATIC ip address -- that would be the best solution to this problem and you can (if memory serves) make the computer auto
