Well I was playing with the insert key layout. Very nice. It really will

Top bottom was checked, so that wasn't the problem. Okay, we are sitting at

The Insert-Arrow keys are used to help navigate the Windows 8 start
screen, not the desktop. If you're using Windows 8 press the Windows key
to open the start screen, and you should hear Window-Eyes speak
something like, "Mail, R1 C1."

And I used control alt Q and ran A die gnostic and I would like to send

After you press alt-control-q the diagnostics starts.
If you have the user account control enabled, you'll need to press alt-y to
allow the diagnostic to do its thing.
