You must have 9.2 in order to update to Windows 10.

Hi: I was thinking about developing a new Website to do some contract
programming and, or, develop some accessible scripts or software.
Is there any type of program or scripting most folks would pay a few bucks
for if available in a screen reader friendly format?

Hi Rick,
Two things:
First, I'm not sure what you're asking.
Second, I suggest you submit this question, with a bit more clarification,
to the scripting list.
Many thanks,

Hi Rod: Actually I was thinking of common things general computer users

The thing is that there is the MS Calander and related software most folks
could use but I don't know how accessible it is.

Hi there,
Maybe I'm just behind the times, but I seem to have found an add-on for

Hi,
I am using Windows 10 pro.
I need to know how to make a short cut on the desk top.
I went to the program and hit the context key and got the choices pin to start
and pin to the task bar. There was nothing about a shortcut on the desk top.
Any help would be appreciated.

I know that I have done this. If there is a SendTo: submenu, one of its
options would be to create a desktop shortcut. If that feature is missing
from Windows 10, my desktop shortcuts must have gotten there when I
installed certain programs. Pinning programs to the taskbar can be useful

Hi Budd,
This is a long shot, but do you have to ensure that eudora is set as your

If the settings are identical to those used on windows 7, then I am stumped.

Your ini file idea would be superb if Bud's problems could be addressed by it.
He would need someone's ini file who uses the same server configuration. He
would also need the data file containing approved server certificates.
Were he a power user, I could talk him through Eudora's certificate

Budd, here is an idea.
Have somebody with Eudora working on Windows 10 send you the
Eudora.ini file. Then you can put that file into your system in place
of your present .ini file. the .ini file contains all of the Eudora settings.

Just a guess, maybe there is something in Eudora that has to be updated?
I don't know. I used to use it as well, but was informed they weren't
updating anymore and that it wasn't worth it. So now I use Thunderbird.
If the person was wrong, I'll try it again.

The .ini file is a .txt file which can be opened using notepad.
Information in it can then be changed.
Budd can put his personal information into it and your settings will
still be there. Then he can use it on his system.

Hi Bud,
Perhaps the easiest solution, rather than trying to configure your Verizon
email account for Eudora, would be to open a gmail or outlook.com account,
configure Eudora for this account, and then forward your Verizon email to
the new email account.
I hope this helps,
