Hi: I am running Window-eyes 9.4 and Windows 10, I am not sure which version. When I install an app, then restart the machine, the app that I just installed disappears. I tried running Window-eyes in Admin mode and reinstalling that same app, but when I restart the system, the app still disappears.

Thank you Rod. I know that this approach works, but I do not like the way it is implemented. When done, I had to use substitute folders on my PC to achieve what I needed. This irked me! I removed it due to what I can only call an emotional reaction. WE all have odd reactions like this at times.
