Jed, When you are focused in an exit box with browse mode off, I wouldn't expect Up and Down Arrow to speak anything. Those cursor keys are designed to move the cursor to the previous or next line. Since a standard edit box is a single line, you can't go up or down. I would recommend you Arrow L
