Hello Everyone,
I have Outlook 2013 and I have been sent an attachment which I cannot figure
out how to get. I know they are photos which I plan to save to my computer.
When I open the message, I have pressed alt-f7 twice rapidly. I get attachment

Hello Everyone,
I have recently installed Office 2013. When I have a Word document open and
want to find a word or phrase, I have been using control-f for my search.
If successful, I go to the location in the document. If not, I am still at
the same location where I began the search. When I had
I am not aware of a way to use the rewind or fast forward in an archive
game. I have complained a few times without a change. Maybe more such
feedback will c help. Smile. I had noticed the archive problem last week
as well and called on it to MLB. So I am glad there was at least one other

I did have some issues. I was given this link to use:

I know it may seem to be the same, but this worked for me. Otherwise, I
would suggest you contact MLB.com by phone and ask to be transferred to
someone who handles accessibility questions
Go to the web site and find the webinars. If you go through those back into
2014 you will find webinars for both 2013 Word and Outlook. I had problems
finding them at first. They were helpful. I went from Office 2007 to
Office 2013 earlier this year.
All the best,

Hello Everyone,
Well it has been a morning for my Outlook 2007. I had a password issue now
resolved and I am now getting messages. Now the issue is that some message
ares not reading correctly. I recall there is some setting to toggle, but
cannot recall what it is. The messages have tables
I have had significant delays as well. Although I have Windows 7. I have
noticed it in Internet explorer and was uncertain if it was just taking a
page a while to load or what. I thought with the WE 9 changes I would have
less of that. I had a big slowdown the other day when I switched my Brail
I am guessing it is some sort of graphical adobe document. To read it, you
need to use OCR software. If you have either Open Book or Kurzweil, you can
open it up there.Other OCR software should work as well.

looking around for podcasts, but so far I did not find them. Can you direct
me? I am also getting the entire office for 2013 so anything on all of this

I am a Federal retiree as of 2014 and I am trying to use a Federal
government web site. I have used it maybe once or twice and do not recall
problems like this in the past. The web site is:

First I do not know what email client you are using, so I am not sure they
all are the same. However I will assume most are similar. I have Outlook
2007 and I messed around a bit until I got it. First I have the name to
look for as window-eyes. Next I had to select for my first step to look for
