Thanks so much for everyone’s help on this. I got the program working and can download and read books now. I can download books without using the web site. I believe the book I can’t read is a PDF file. There are possible ways to work on that later, but my first hurdle is cleared. Thanks again.

Hi, The Kindle for pc, (the accessible version and not the standard version), works partially with window-eyes, menus and books selection, and read the buttons layout can be read OK, but to hear the book you must use the kindle's internal voice. Certainly amazon can do much better job

It looks like the goons at Amazon have struck again. I first downloaded the Kindle for PC APP and found it inaccessible., I then remembered that they had an accessible downloader. I found it and downloaded it. However I still can’t register my PC with it. Is it even possible
