Hi. I don't know of a way to do this. WE and NVDA do this without making changes but Jaws just doesn't seem to handle this list in the same way. I've actually stopped using Jaws with TB because there are also other issues that are there. At this point in time it seems to me that NVDA works

Hi Marvin, Wow, you use 3 screen readers. I'm having enough trouble learning jaws. I keep trying to use W-E commands in jaws. Fortunately, Window-eyes doesn't freeze (hhh) with TB. I have had an occasional issue with FF and W-E freezing. I'm finding jaws is confusing with FF. Probabl

Hey Neville, Using your instructions with jaws in TB I can see how many read and unread messages are in a folder, but I have to go into the folder to do this. Once I get to the bottom, activate the touch cursor and right arrow for a while, eventually I come across the read, unread and total.

Hi Brenda, I was able to read the information about read and unread and total files both from within a specific email folder and from the main inbox screen. Also, I could read the same information from within this email composition. What I did was to press the touch cursor, shift+numpad plu
