I am no expert on WindowEyes for office, but make sure you downloaded
from the windoweyes for office site, not from gwmicro.com, and if you
did do that and it still does not work and you actually have the office
365 client, then in the apps menu, there is some tools under
diagnostics to fix office

Yes, this package will work you need to remove the old version and then install
the new version note that the version of the programs you must install.are the
full programs on the computer not the web programs. Thanks.

Well, of course it's safe to use. I'm not sure why
anyone would think it wouldn't be safe?
Just keep in mind that if you use the free version, office has to be
installed. If it isn't, the free Window-eyes will fail to start.
