Someone in my area is starting up a new website that is focused on
cycling in the city. They have decided to use OSM as their map which
is awesome. The question is: are there any tagging conventions to
indicate how dangerous a particular stretch of road is to cyclists?
They want to produce a map
I'm also interested in this as Ottawa has recommended cycling routes mainly
between cycle lanes and cycle paths how should they be tagged?

used with 'building_yes' shows up in JOSM as a building icon.
Whereas amenity=school, with building=yes shows up as the school icon.

boundary shape file for the Coral Sea Islands Territory (CSIT), which
surprisingly enough lined up perfectly with the existing Solomon
Islands border, the boundary data is either cc-by or OSDM which is a

To the best of my knowlege, Shoreland currently maintains a reconciled
master HFac list *on behalf of* WHO and in discussion
with Bill Lang from Shoreland we came to the conclusion that OSM is best
adviced to import and maintain a *managed copy* of this master data set.
