道路などの編集時間がより速くなるのと、交点位置でクネクネ曲がらない
きれいな連続の交差点が書けると思っています。

・メニューの「More tools」→「交差点にノードを追加」で交点にノード追加。

あと、ショートカットキー「Ｌ」で、選択したノード達が直線になりますので、

回答ありがとうございます。UtilsPlugin2バッチリ使えます。
選択して狙ったway同士に交点ノード持たせられますし、
複数本のwayを選択してワンクリックで一気に交点発生もできました。
