田口です 高速道路無料措置の件、NEXCO西日本リリースのPDF確認しましたが、 今回の措置は「岡山総社ICから乗って賀陽ICで降りた車両（または その逆）」のみに適用される特例措置です。 PDFの例にもありますが、例えば「岡山JCTから岡山自動車道に入って賀陽ICで 降りた場合」は該当区間は無料とはならず、岡山総社IC〜賀陽IC間の料金も 含んで精算されてしまいます。 # 2年前に起きた北海道の水害で国道274号日勝峠が1年間通行止めになった # ときも同様の措置がとられました。 なので、toll=no とするのは少し意味合いが違うのではないかと思うのですが、

石野さん、皆さん 瀬戸です。 まず、西日本豪雨では非常に大きな被害の発生が今も続いておりお見舞い申し上げます というのと地元のマッパーさんが活動されていることにOSMの1マッパーとして応援しています。 1.については、私も飯田さんと同じ意見で、状態が長期化するものではなくテンポラリーなものについては、 災害時に限らず、様々なOSMを使ったサービス等にも影響し得うるのであまり好ましくないかなと 思う一方で、今回挙げられた、toll=yes/noについては、HOT（災害時のOSM人道支援活動）の データプリセットにも該当することから、終了後にきちんと直すことも含めて良いのかなと思いました。
