The bicycle profile is available in OSRM for quite some time now, but I've yet to find a public OSRM instance with bicycle or foot routing... It's graphhopper, not OSRM, but if that's as irrelevant to you as it is to me, https://www.komoot.de/plan/ is a great bike/foot router.
