À mon avis, le label "Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes" n'est pas en cause. le nœud
"Villeurbanne" est marqué "place=city" comme Lyon et il y a compétition

J'ai remarqué que le rendu par défaut de https://www.openstreetmap.org au
niveau de zoom 6 affichait "Villeurbanne" au lieu de "Lyon". Je suppose que
c'est dû au fait que la place de "Lyon" est prise par
"Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes". Est-il possible de déplacer le texte
"Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes"?
