Nope, we can't. The license is incompatible with OSM. It's too restrictive. http://economie.fgov.be/nl/modules/publications/kbo/licence_open_data.jsp I investigated this about a half year ago. They call it open data but they impose restriction on the usage. I downloaded it back then and gave
