Thanks for the great work. Yes, I'm still following the Canvec
progress. Maybe I'll upload some of the Quebec City area sheets :)
Regarding toponyms, for the Dutch landuse import we had a similar
issue. It wasn't that natural=land is hiding other features, because
it's paint
