Hi Gianfranco, I live near there too! :) If the building is completely gone then I'd suggest it should be deleted. We don't tend to maintain objects in OSM when they're gone and serve no current purpose. (For example, it would probably make editing a bit of a nightmare if old "ghost" buildings we
