Yes, the import is being prepared, see
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Slovenia_Address_Import
and there is some code
https://github.com/openstreetmap-si/GursAddressesForOSM
which produces the geojson files for whole Slovenia, broken down to
individual places, eg:
