under Windows 2000 5.0 Build 2195 Service Pack 2
and would like to report a bug
The bug description:
The ticker not following a moved folder.

when I use TB, my keyboard uses the US layout, I don't know why!
That's verz uncomfortable to write german texts without
a's and u's and s.o. (this are ae and ue :-))
Where does this come from?

Hi James,
I was thinking: maybe it's the big amount of messages I keep in one
account (44.000+). Exactly the only folder that is compressed during
shut down.
About the known-folder: I do not have one, in none of my accounts.
