in my case, drive icon was changed into icon of Voyager :P
I deleted the Voyager folder, therefore missing the icon.
After deleting the autorun.inf and a complete reboot of the system,
everything is back to normal.

I dislike Menu Navigator, but it can easy hidden: right mouse button over
toolbar / customise / select navigator, then 'remove item' menu / done
it works in Voyager without AV here.
