Graham, I might be thick but can't get it to work: Case a) mailbox name = "Maria Callas", User name = "MY_DOMAIN\Maria", Exchange replies "no such mailbox". Case b), user name anything but "MY_DOMAIN\Maria" - Exchange replies "no such user". Case (b) is understood. The correct NTLM user is MY_D
