ggestion, but isn't the editor used for SmartBat
MicroEd? You can fire that puppy up with a hotkey command without any
macros getting in the way.
Of course you do have to delete that confounded date/time stamp that
drives me insane.

and let you do something like:
For Sale: Bicycle currently price at $50.00
For Sale: Recorder currently price at $20.00
Etc.
And do it for however many items are listed in the post. But I can't
get the above to do anything
rite a little "pocket"
contact manager that could access the .ABD file directly and edit it
on the fly without having to import/export updates.
Thanks,

I was hoping that perhaps it was some type of database file that could
be accessed via a third party software method.

Nice. Thanks!
Just for my own curiosity, what if there were 3 or 4 instances?
;ve got a semi-related question. Say you're trying to pick out
multiple info from an e-mail with the exact same prefix.
Example:
Item: Bicycle
blah, blah, blah...
Item: Television
blah, blah, blah..
Is there any way to lift both items and d

Very nice! Thanks yet again, and sorry to barge into your dreams. ;-)

Do you know the syntax for performing a %CALC on two of these
expressions? The ways I've tried so far definitely aren't doing the
trick.
Thanks again,

Minimum bid: $13.49
Is there a regex I could use to just pick out the 13.49 from this
line?
Thanks for any help.

(Sorry, just one of my peeves. There's so much misspelling on the net
as it is I just don't see the need to add to it on purpose. Then
again, perhaps I'm assuming too much.)

Hello listers,
Here's another regex inquiry. Mainly it's a "Is this possible?" type of
question.
When using the macro %CCList you get a result such as:
Tom Smith <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
My wonderment is whether it's possible to strip the actual email address by
wiping out the <> and everything
