Hi, I'm a bit confused about this whole thread here. I'll admit that I'm pretty new to The Bat!, but I've been trying to set up my parents on e-mail. My Dad is slowly trying to build up his functionality, so we've been exploring the filters. Every time we add a new filter, we add either Incoming
