filter aid please?

Hello all... I'd like to set up a filter to run an FTP server when I receive a message with the subject, "start ftp". Seems simple enough, and it is. The filter activates properly. My trouble here is that when TB executes the FTP program, it doesn't start it in the program's directory. I'm using
