I went into the Registry and found the entry for WCT files... it was set to fire up Netscape but had no file argument at the end so I added the "%1". Did you add %1 or "%1"? The last one would bring up the following line: /C|/WINDOWS/TEMP/BAT/447A1C7.WCT"". Yes, it was the "%1"...
