New Mail Notification Icon

Is there a way to make (minimized) TB! display a different icon in the traybar when you've got new mail? I don't really want to use a soundfile as New Mail Notification, a visual clue would be enough. But I can't find that setting anywhere in the options or helpfile :] Matthias --

I just installed The Bat! and like it so far, but now I got a problem that's getting pretty annoying: I set the option to leave the messages on the server and delete after 2 days. But now when I get new messages it downloads all those messages again and again. Every time I get new mail I get

Thanks for the suggestions. I logged into the mail server via telnet, did a LIST twice and compared the printouts (150 mails). Both listings were identical. I then loaded Outlook Express, set up an account with the same settings (leave messages on server, delete after 2 days) and downloaded the
