Bill, You said: Why does the NSS keep publishing books that nobody has ever read? As a proofreader/editor/writer myself, I think the question should be, why do authors think they can publish a book without a proofreader and an editor? My experience is that I am my own worst proofreader.

Advantages to Super Capacitors: 1. Can be used and recharged millions of time. 2.Low impedance - enhances load handling when put in paralleled with a battery. ( I think this means a flashlight could be designed to run longer with less batteries ) 3.Re-charge in seconds. 4.
