Terry, The NSS web page lists the UT Grotto as the Underground Texas Grotto so I suspect they are chartered with the NSS as such. I think I've even been to some of their meetings which are on 1st, 3rd, and 5th Wednesdays of the month. When I attended, they meet on the University of Texas campus
