Bexar Grotto has always been generous, which makes me proud to be a member.
Expanding that generosity to Texas cavers in general and some friends close to
San Antonio:
John Moses in El Paso is the NSS International Secretary
Patty Perlaky at Cave Without A Name is President of the National
I have seen him post a couple of times on FB offering the floor of his motel
room to any other cavers that may need a place to crash during Harvey.

So, what is unique about the Bexar Grotto and what are they doing, or could be
doing better to attract and retain members in the grotto and the NSS.

I just wanted to point out that Texas has eight separate Grottos, and that the
leaders of all the major Texas, national, and international cave organizations
are all Bexar Grotto members.

I know his neighborhood was evacuated yesterday. I had heard he was in hotel
with his wife and daughter but that was a few days ago.
