Butch, You can now update your profile online and change the state on both registration and your profile. It still doesn't work right for me. Virginia is now accepted as my state, but when I hit Confirm Registration, the same registration screen pops back up. There are no errors

Mark, It should work now, when I fixed the state problem on the register page, I forgot to change something in the JavaScript validation and ended up with a syntax error. The strange characters are a result of PHP and MySQL database commands. The way around it is to change the character
