Gah! You're right. Every tiddler I create is usually a meaningful title, with spaces. What a ridiculous bug. Now it's working I can see it doesn't handle tables either. I'll have a peek at QuickEditPlugin and see if that's a better fit for what I want. Thanks for your help. John
