Oswego State University of NY has about 8,000 students with 450 psychology
majors. I'm not sure of the exact number but my guess is that we have around
100 seniors. There are 19 full time teaching faculty in our department. Our
capstone course is History & Systems. We offer 2-3 sect
At Southwest Texas State we use our History and Theory course as the
capstone. Although I don't teach it, I did take it when I was an undergrad
here several years ago. The topic of the course seems to be the best suited
for really bringing together the various disciplines within the field.

about 4 years. Recently our dean has been pushing all of the departments in
Arts & Sciences to incorporate capstone experiences in their curriculum.
